As the Manager of our Patient Services Department, Sergio leads a dedicated team that orchestrates outbound call campaigns designed to boost recall appointments, exceed insurance plan partner benchmarks for utilization, and proactively schedule appointments for patients with outstanding treatment needs. He fosters strong collaboration with each office, ensuring the seamless execution and measurable success of these initiatives. Additionally, Sergio oversees the scheduling and pre-registration process for our mobile vans, optimizing patient access to care. In his role, he also manages the grievance department, providing timely and thoughtful resolutions to concerns from plan partners and patients, and consistently upholding our commitment to exceptional service.
With over 14 years of experience in both front and back-office operations, Sergio possesses a comprehensive understanding of office dynamics and workflow optimization. Mr. Nuñez is regarded as an invaluable asset to the organization; his unwavering positivity and infectious energy inspire his team to consistently exceed expectations and achieve organizational objectives.
