Smile Dental Services is connected to each community we serve; we are dedicated to providing excellent, affordable dental care for our neighbors. And we also support programs and events throughout the community. We strive to be an integral part of the lives of the people and businesses in our area and are committed to helping provide the information necessary to understand the importance of good oral health.
Senator Pan sponsored a kick off to the Summer Million Meals Program, which helps ensure that no child goes hungry when school is not in session. Smile Dental Services provided oral health education and dental screenings for attendees.
Southern CA Oral Health Summit
The California Department of Public Health, in collaboration with community partners, developed the California Oral Health Plan 2018-2028 to help the State of California improve oral health and achieve oral health equity. Smile Dental Services attended the Summit to support the organization’s philosophy that oral health is an essential and integral component of overall health and well-being.
Sacramento District Dental Society
Smile Dental provides dental services Pro-Bono to patients referred through the Sacramento District Dental Society.
Orange County Health Task Force
Smile Dental Services supports this organization in its efforts to bring together community health advocates for updates and training on various resources and offering a forum for the expression of ideas, concerns and solutions to issues arising when helping families with health care access and coverage.
Smile Dental Services partners with Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County, a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the oral health of children in Orange County through collaborations directed at prevention, education, access to treatment, and advocacy. Their vision is that through collaborations and partnerships, children in their community will enter school ready to learn and be pain free.
Smile Dental is working with schools and Virtual Dental Providers to provide necessary access to care for underserved communities across California.
